LETTER WRITING COMPETITION📜

Magna Carta’, the Social Science Club of 2020-2022, Government College of Teacher Education, Thiruvananthapuram, organized a letter writing competition titled as ‘A Letter to your Favorite Teacher’, in association with the International Teacher’s Day celebration on 5th October, 2021.The criteria adopted  for the selection of the winner were  the gift of language, substance of the content and intrinsic worth. Visishta V S, First Year B Ed student, from Sanskrit Department was judged to be the winner. The prize was distributed to her during the function of the Social Science Club Inauguration, held on 6th October, 2021. The chief guest of the day, Sri George Joseph, Retired SP, Kerala Police, distributed away the prize.

Intercollegiate quiz competition was conducted by CSI College of Education Parassala in connection with International day of Biological diversity 2021. Quiz was conducted on may 22 using google meet and quizizz app. Dr K S Sajan, Assistant Professor NSS Training college was the quiz master for the programme. Felix L from Department of Geography, Govt. College of Teacher Education Thycaud participated in the quiz programme and secured first prize. Anuja Nirmal, physical science optional from CSI College of Teacher Education Parassala and Anu B J, social science optional from Victory college Olathanni received second and third prizes respectively
